Welcome to visa33. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and visa33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds, or using any services provided by visa33, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

2.2 Account Creation

When creating an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account.
• Notify visa33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

visa33 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Payment method verification (bank statement, credit card scan, e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for facial recognition verification

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours) may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. visa33 processes all KYC documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

visa33 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Other payment methods as periodically updated and displayed on the Platform

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Processing delays caused by third-party banks or payment processors are beyond visa33's control.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not belonging to the Player) are prohibited and will be refunded minus administrative fees.
• visa33 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). visa33 does not support multi-currency accounts.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Terms

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Players may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name and verified through the KYC process
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours are processed the following business day.
• visa33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may experience delays until KYC documentation is submitted and approved.

4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Funds derived from bonuses must meet the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
• Anti-money laundering regulations require that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. This prevents the Platform from being used for money laundering or payment processing services.
• visa33 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, or Terms violations. Affected Players will be notified with reasons for the decision.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

visa33 periodically offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the Promotions page or communicated via email/SMS. Key general conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only (typically one per Player, household, IP address, or payment method)
• Players must opt-in to bonuses before or during the qualifying deposit unless otherwise stated
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements). For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place total bets equal to 30 times the bonus amount before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms. General rules:

• Only real-money bets contribute toward wagering requirements. Bets placed with bonus funds count, but the wagering progress is calculated on the bonus amount received.
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-50%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering a bonus (typically Rp 25.000 per spin/bet). Exceeding the maximum bet forfeits the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified timeframe (commonly 30 days from bonus activation). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are removed from your Account.

6. Responsible Gaming and Account Controls

6.1 Age Restriction

visa33 strictly prohibits underage gambling. All Players must be at least 21 years old. We implement age verification measures and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed, and funds will be returned to the depositing source (minus any winnings, which will be forfeited).

6.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

To promote responsible gaming, visa33 provides the following self-management tools accessible via your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds per period. Once reached, you cannot place further bets until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations. You will be automatically logged out when the time expires.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing session duration and current balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to indefinite closure. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your Account, deposit, or place bets. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.3 Prohibited Activities

Violations result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. visa33 is not liable for losses incurred during service disruptions.
